Additionally we act for a number of individual landlords providing expert assistance on a range of contentious and non contentious housing issues. Our tenant services include advice and representation in claims for possession, disrepair, unlawful eviction and breach of covenant. .

Julian regularly appears in the courts around Sussex on a number of Landlord and Tenant cases. He has taken a particular academic and practical interest in this area since 1992 and has built up a solid reputation for his effective handling of these cases and his firm grasp of the legal complexities.
