This includes, but is not limited to, your name, postal address, telephone numbers and email address, together with information pertinent to the services we are providing. Unless we have your consent, we will only disclose personal data to third parties if this is required for the purpose of fulfilling our service to you or if bound to do so by law.

We do not sell, rent or exchange your personal information with any third party for commercial reasons, other than to our contractors, agents and external companies who assist us in running our technology; subject to the confidentiality and security obligations that we place upon them. Our firm is registered with the Information Commissioner's Office as a data controller, our registration number is Z580185X. In addition to our firms registration our Notary, Hugo Hunt is also registered with the Information Commissioner's Office as a data controller, his registration number is Z2182037. In accordance with the requirements of this legislation, all individuals may request a copy of all information we store about them. If you would like to make a "subject access request" please contact the office with whom you have been dealing and we shall disclose to you your personal information for a small fee. If you consider any information that we hold about you to be incorrect or incomplete write to us or email us with the details and we shall promptly correct that which is found to be in error.

When you enter our site, your computer will automatically be issued with a cookie.
