The success of hybrid working and the centralising of our communication services from our Shoreham office has facilitated the closure of our Brighton office with effect from 06 January 2023. The decision comes as a number of other forward-thinking firms have reassessed the size of their office footprint due to changes in working patterns brought forward by the pandemic. This will allow us to look at other progressive ways of delivering our services and to invest in our Shoreham premises to create a space that meets our staff’s and clients’ longer term needs. The way people shop for or deliver services have moved on in this sector as much as in others. In our view, there is no going back. Any documents stored at the Brighton office, will remain safely stored and are available on request to our Shoreham office staff. In the future, documents we store will be available in digital format as we continue to transition to a paper light system. None of these changes will impact the service you receive from the firm. We will still have the same level of contact that has always been provided since we embraced remote and virtual working. Face to face services will also continue from Shoreham, at your home, your place of work or at court by prior arrangement. Contact numbers and email addresses will be unaffected. |
